Your satisfaction is our priority. Due to the size and custom manufacturing of wellness products, our return guidelines are as follows:

Order Cancellations

  • Standard products can be canceled within 24 hours after purchase.

  • Custom-built saunas or tubs may not be cancelable once production has begun.

Returns

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The wrong product was delivered

  • There is a confirmed manufacturing defect

All return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

Condition of Returned Items

Items must be:

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

  • Free from installation or water-use marks

Refunds

Once the return is approved and received, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made saunas

  • Personalized or modified units

  • Accessories that have been opened or used
